CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY 

Pick-Up Time Change

  • In case of any change in the pick-up time, if the customer notifies the whatsApp line +90 533 843 39 60, the transfer will be postponed to a new time without any extra charge. 


Cancellation of The Request

  • \For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the pick-up time, 80% of the fee will be refunded to the customer. 

  • In case where the pick-up time is less than 24 hours, no refund will be made. 

  • Cancellation requests are made via the +90 533 843 39 60 whatsapp line.
